General Questions

Below are some frequently asked questions and answers about our services. If you need specific help or if your question isn’t answered here, feel free to contact us.

First cut prices vary depending on yard size, obstacles, how tall the grass is, and if an edge line needs to be established or not. After that, prices for a weekly maintenance service start out at $45 and go up based on lot size.
We use a card on file system and for any maintenance services, we charge after they have been completed. For landscaping jobs that require materials such as sod, we charge 50% upfront and the remainder when service has been completed.
No. When you receive our estimate, it will lay out services and pricing.  We will continue to provide those services agreed upon. If at any time you wish to stop services, let us know at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment. We do offer yearly contract packages that contain more than just mowing. Contact us for details.
You can hide a key for us or leave it unlocked on your scheduled service day. We will always make sure to lock up your gates before we leave as well.
When you request an estimate through our site or by phone, square footage and obstacles determine the cost of services on a regular basis. Therefore, if your lawn has gotten pretty high, the initial cost to start our services will be slightly higher.
Property discounts are on a case by case basis. All properties would need to be evaluated and any discounts we could offer would be discussed beforehand.
As long as the homeowner is involved, yes. We will need to get with you and the homeowner beforehand to go over services.
The short answer is, no. We ask that if you have big items like these, move them every other week. This will ensure that the spots that these items cover are mowed at least twice a month. We will use our trimmers to get as much as we can underneath these items until they are moved. We will not be held liable for these types of items.
