Payment

Help for payment related questions

Our minimum charge for lawn care services is $45, but pricing can vary depending on several factors such as the size of your lot, the height of the grass, the time spent on the property, and any additional services like creating a new edge line. We assess each lawn individually to ensure we provide the most accurate and fair pricing based on the specific needs of your yard.

We use a convenient credit card on file system for our billing. After your lawn care service is completed, your card will be charged automatically. For landscaping services that require materials, such as sod or mulch installations, we require a 50% deposit upfront to cover material costs. The remaining balance is charged upon completion of the project.

We will reach out to try to get it corrected with you before service is interrupted or any late charges acrue.

There is no contract required for our basic lawn care services. However, we do offer package options that include additional services, such as built-in spring and fall cleanups, tree or hedge maintenance, and year-round care. These all-inclusive packages require a contract and are designed to help keep costs down by providing consistent service throughout the year. These packages also offer flexible payment options, including year-round payments, for your convenience.

The initial estimate is based on regularly scheduled maintenance. If your grass is just a bit overgrown, it typically won’t be an issue. However, if your lawn is significantly overgrown and requires a more extensive cleanup before regular maintenance can begin, we will need to adjust the estimate accordingly. In such cases, we’ll provide you with an updated estimate to cover the extra work needed to get your lawn back in shape before moving forward with routine care.

Discounts for multiple properties are considered on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the size and number of properties, you may qualify for a pricing model similar to our commercial accounts. We’d be happy to discuss your specific needs and find a plan that works for you.

For liability reasons, we do not move trampolines, grills, or other large items during our mowing services. However, we will use trimmers to carefully cut as much as possible around and under these items to ensure your lawn still looks tidy. We recommend that homeowners move these items every other mow so we can ensure the areas underneath are properly cut and maintained.

We sure do! We’ll work closely with you to understand your vision for your dream yard and create a customized design. Once we have a clear idea of your needs, we’ll provide an estimate to bring your dream landscape to life.

General

Help for your general questions

Yes, there is a price difference. Bi-weekly mowing often requires more time on the property due to taller grass and the possibility of needing double cutting. As a result, the price for bi-weekly mowing is higher to account for the additional labor and time required to maintain your lawn at a high standard. Weekly mowing helps keep the lawn in better shape and minimizes the need for extra work.

Our mowing season starts on March 1st and continues until mid-October, typically ending around the 15th. During this period, we offer weekly mowing services to keep your lawn looking its best throughout the growing season.

Yes, we carry general liability insurance. In the unlikely event that something happens while we’re servicing your property, rest assured that it will be taken care of promptly. Your peace of mind and the protection of your property are important to us.

If your gates are locked on your scheduled service day, we have several options to ensure your lawn care is completed smoothly. You can leave the gate unlocked on your service day, hide a key in a secure spot for us, provide us with a spare key for regular access, or we can provide a lock for you to ensure both security and easy access for our team. We’re happy to work with whichever option is most convenient for you!

Yes, you can! However, it’s important that the homeowner or tenant is involved in the process. We’ll need their consent and coordination to ensure access to the property and to discuss any specific needs or preferences they may have. Once that’s settled, we can easily arrange the service on their behalf.
