1. Eligibility
   This offer is available to new customers of Terra Mows Outdoor Services who sign up for recurring lawn care services. To qualify, the customer must agree to ongoing weekly or bi-weekly lawn mowing services.
2. Service Commitment
   Customers must commit to a minimum of 8 weekly mows or 4 bi-weekly mows to receive the first mow free. This structure accounts for potential weather interruptions and ensures the commitment is met over time. Services will begin on the agreed-upon start date and continue until the minimum mow requirement is fulfilled.
3. Cancellation Policy
   If the customer cancels service before completing the minimum of 8 weekly mows or 4 bi-weekly mows, the cost of the first mow will be charged to the final invoice at the standard mowing rate.
4. Payment Terms
   A valid credit card on file is required to begin service. Payment for each service will be automatically charged to the card on file after each service is performed. If the customer does not fulfill the minimum mow requirement, the discounted “free mow” will be nullified, and the amount for the first mow will be added to the final invoice and charged to the card on file.
5. Service Area
   This offer is only valid for properties within the service areas of Terra Mows Outdoor Services, including Broken Arrow, OK, and surrounding locations.
6. Other Conditions
   • Offer applies to standard lawn mowing services, which include mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off hard surfaces. Additional services such as landscaping or yard cleanups are not included.
   • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
   • Terra Mows Outdoor Services reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
